Introduction

The raw materials for making Geomembranes are polyester fiber (polyester), polypropylene fiber (polypropylene), poly-amide fiber (nylon) and so on. The most used are polyester, followed by polypropylene. Due to the materials’ nature and their small diameter,they are particularly prone to aging,which appears as colour fading and brittleness.

Product standard

Laboratory UV box test can be carried out according to standard ASTM D4355-2007. By testing the tensile strength in different directions before aging and after different aging time, calculate the retention rate before and after aging.

Recommended Dosage

Polypropylene : HALS-770, HALS-944, HALS-119, HALS-622, L-860（Master-batch）

Polyester : HALS-119, HALS-622, UV-326, UV-328, UV-531

Nylon : HALS-114, HALS-944, HALS-119, HALS-234

Waterproof Clothes

Introduction

Waterproof Clothes are double-sided waterproof plastic films, which middle is woven fabrics. Its raw materials are polyethylene and polypropylene, but mainly polyethylene.

Product standard

It is required to reduce the mechanical performance degradation and fading phenomenon during the long term outdoor use, so discoloration and pulverization are important index for Waterproof Cloth. Laboratory UV box test can be carried out according to standard ASTM G154.

Recommended Dosage

Anti-aging Additives: HALS-791, HALS-944; UV-531, UV-326 and AO-B215.

Anti-aging Master-batches : L-860, L-860S

Introduction

Mostly made from HDPE,LLDPE.As most of the Nets are used outdoors for a long time,so their light resistance are highly sought after.

Product standard

Outdoor life span normally is required to be more than 3 years,some 5-10.Laboratory UV box test can be carried out according to customer requirements.
